- Nutrition and physical activity evaluation (Access to a nutritionist, with FREE introductory meeting and discuss options)
- A platform to discuss EMERGENT diabetes issue/s
- WEIGHT LOSS TIPS INCLUDED (care process and treatment priced separately).
- 30 minutes visit every 3 months (phone or telehealth)
